I love meatballs and make them very often. However making meatballs can sometime be a little challenging but with this recipe, I promise it will is be extremely easy to make it and very delicious.

Frying the meatballs:
Step 1: Season the ground beef with garlic, ginger, ground chili, one bouillon cube, thyme leaves and onion. Then Add a generous amount of white or black pepper, add some salt and the oil , mix in the flour.
Mix all very well.
Step 2: Grease your hand and make the meatballs. Then heat the vegetable oil and carefully deep fry the meatballs small batches at time until brown. Remove and set aside.
Making the tomato sauce:
Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add onion, garlic and ginger, season with pepper and ground paprika.
Add the tomatoes and tomato paste with the cup of water, salt to your taste.
You can add some lime juice if you want. Then bring it to boil.
Step 2: Add in the tomato sauce the fried meatballs and let it simmer on low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve your meatballs with couscous, rice or spaghetti. I love it with just bread.
