Grilled liver Recipe

This is a simple and quick recipe for grilled liver, served with onions, peppers and mayonnaise. I love to make this during summer or for barbecue party.

 

Ingredients:

  • 500g of liver, cut into cubed
  • 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard,   
  • 2 garlic gloves, crushed
  • ½ cup Minced onions
  • 1 tsp. Black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • Juice of one lime
  • 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. of curry powder, optional

Direction

Step 1: Marinate the liver with all the ingredients.  Mix well and let it rest for 10 min.

Step 2: Put the marinated meat in the skewers and place it in your barbeque or grill. Slowly grill the meat while turning regularly. Cook for 20 min or until done.

Serve with onions, peppers and mayonnaise. Enjoy!
