Preparation of ginger juice
Step 1: Add the ginger, pineapple and lemon juice in a food processor. Then add water and mix well until the liquid is home gene.
You can also use a mortar and pestle and grind the ginger and pineapple and mix well with the water.
Step 2: Filter the resulting mixture through a sieve to remove the juice.
Step 3: Add sugar to juice and mix.
Add the sugar according to your taste, you can add more or means that my amount recommended.
Keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours through and serve cold with your meal.
