Beef Soup or bouillon Recipe

This is a simple recipe for beef soup, it’s made with beef, spices and vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 500g of beef, with bones if you can
  • 2 mashed tomatoes
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • 3 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. of ginger paste
  • 1 sliced onion
  • 1 tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. bouillon cube
  • 1 tbsp. dried thymes leaves
  • For vegetables: potatoes and carrots
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1: In a deep pot, add the meat and cover with water. Then add all spices, add garlic, ginger and parsley. Cover and bring it to boil for 20 minutes.

Step 2:  Add the onion and tomatoes. Cook for an hour.

Step 3:  Add the carrots and potatoes, salt the soup to your taste. Cover and cook for another hour.

Check to see if the meat is tender.

Serve hot with bread and enjoy!
