On this page you will find all my favorite African chicken recipes.  These can be served with almost any staple food, rice, fufu, the yam, with plantains and so on.

My family and I love chicken, we eat more than fish or any other. That is why I had to learn many other ways to make it. We like it fried, grilled, braised, in soups or stews, so here my recipes. Enjoy them!

 Fried Chicken Recipe

African fried chicken is extremely easy to make and full of flavor. The chicken is first boiled for few minutes with spices and seasonings and then deep fry.
